L ' Honda Accord new generation is not a priority for the leaders of the Japanese brand. A spokesman for Honda has revealed that in fact there is no immediate plan to replace the D-segment sedan, justifying this with the very limited sales results: for this reason, the three volumes is in fact compared to a real car niche. Honda prefers to concentrate its efforts in launching the CR-V and the diesel engine 1.6 i-DTEC, solutions much more attractive and suitable for the feeble European market. The management decision does not affect the fate of commercial Accord 'U.S.'.
The model does not accuse signs of slowing down and in fact the best-selling Honda in the United States from 1 January to 31 December (218,665 copies). The Accord for the U.S. market will indeed launched in Russia, as the teaser image published in the opening.
